Brian Tausan - COUNTRY Financial representative

Brian is a very personable, honest, friendly agent who has always been available for questions and information. He even stopped by our house an hour north of him to get papers signed! Country Financial has been a great insurance company to work with. We would highly recommend them!

I left this agency many years ago because they never answer the phone during business hours and are horrendously slow at returning emails. If I needed something, I had to call over and over, leaving multiple voicemails before anyone would get back to me. My kid went to college and left her disabled vehicle parked in my garage. Tausan refused to allow me to drop it from my policy. Every month I would call Country to have it removed and the next billing cycle, it would be back on my policy. The only way Inwas able to resolve this was to change insurance companies. Years later, I was talking to a friend who is having the same experience with this office. There's too much competition in the industry to put up with this.
