St. Anthony North Health Campus

I cannot review about for all the doctors or all departments there. This review is about the ER and one doctor specifically. “MD Betty Dean” in the emergency room was excellent. Probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in any emergency room ever. She’s a sweet Asian lady. (Not that race matters. I’m just mentioning it so you can recognize her if you have her as your doc.)nnI have chronic severe health problems, and I’ve been to many different emergency rooms. I’m a frequent patient in emergency rooms.nnI’ve been around some horrific ER doctors at other places. (Doctors who are so jaded, they ignore valid patients. Doctors who have lost their compassion and are completely hardened, like, “why are they even allowed to treat people because they’re so dangerously uncaring”. Doctors who never listen to you, never believe the problem, and never treat the problem. I’ve literally nearly died from malpractice in other emergency rooms when doctors didn’t believe that I was sick.) I hate when doctors treat you like you’re lying and trying to scam pain medicines—when you’re not! You’re an honest patient who is scared for their safety and truly experiencing pain!nnBut not Betty Dean. She was polite. She 100% listened to my story and believed my symptoms. She treated me with respect. She ran tons of tests.nnShe was actually a good human being.nn10/10.

From Triage to discharge the staff was amazing. The nurses were very kind and caring. The doctor was phenomenal. He actually took the time to listen and care about what I was going through. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I could not have asked for better staff members. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You all are wonderful. Thank you again.

The only Emergency Room I suggest here in Brighton. The nurses and doctors have such amazing bedside manner. They really listen to you and truly care and want to help. The rooms here are amazing and the view out the window is really pretty. The food isn’t bad either! I truly feel like I’m getting cares for here. Thank you to all the heroes who work here! You truly make me feel safe and like I’m being heard!

This was my second time here, and each time was amazing. My doctor was very informative, my nurse made me feel comfortable. The lady who did my CT scan help me understand what everything was for. Even the receptionist were very nice!!!! Best hospital!!!

The entire staff was amazing. I felt cared for and knew my health and safety was at the top of their minds. The staff was so friendly and genuinely concerned. My visit made a difficult time bearable and as as comfortable as possible. Dr Ross has a wonderful bedside manner and really put me at ease. Thank you all very much!!
