I had an appointment at 3:30. The sign outside said to call when you get here and not go in. I called at 3:25 and the phone rang and rang. No answer. So I called again at 3:27 - same thing. Finally after trying a third time, I went in.nWhen I got in, there’s no one at “the little clinic” counter - only the pharmacy. So I asked the pharmacy. And she was very rude and informs me “oh she doesn’t have a helper today- so you just have to wait.” And I said “okay, so literally just sit here and wait to see if anyone shows up?”. She said “yes”.nIt’s now nearly 4 pm and I haven’t seen anyone working here or even acknowledge me. It’s absurd. What’s the point of an appointment if they don’t even staff their clinic?nTotal waste of time.

Went in for a TB screening, check in was quick and painless. Provider was pleasant and professional. I truly appreciate their commitment to the community in these precarious times.

I dont give low rating; EVER. But I am giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly, otherwise it would've been 1. I went in for a DOT physical and MEC because I couldnt get in at my regular place in a timely manner. The Doc told me she couldn't renew my current MEC without additional paperwork and charged me $89. Got that filled out and went back to get my MEC and was charged and additional $35 for follow-up! The first visit was 3 hours long and the second 30min (just to fill out my MEC and hand it to me). The doc was not knowledgeable about my condition and didn't look in my file/info (got my 1st MEC at the same clinic years prior with no issues). I will not be returning to this clinic again.

Very incompetent and unprofessional woman working at the front desk. Clearly doesn't know how to do her job.nThe doctor (or whatever she is) that conducts the tests is also very unprofessional, laughing at the discomfort of patients.
