Woodworks did a great job refinishing and staining our original 1950s hardwood floors. They were accommodating when our timeline was thrown off by other remodeling projects. Our floors are beautiful and we highly recommend Woodworks!
Absolute attention to detail. We were on vacation and came back to what felt like a new home. Have had the floors redone for 3 months now and with our three dogs and 5 humans, the floor looks just like it did when they finished them. Prior review from another user appears to be misinformation about the refinishing process. Will only ever use Woodworks Flooring for all of our hardwood needs.
As the previous reviwer stated, Brad is very professional and friendly. However, the job was anything but professional. The edge sander broke half way through but instead of stopping and getting a new one they stained and coated the floor. I have no idea how someone in the floor industry would think that this would be acceptable. They started over wtih try number two ... much better edges but half way through the bedroom something got caught under the stain applicator and it left a one inch streak in the stain every 12 inches. And like the first time they coated the floor and called it finished. Basically, the people doing the work do not care at all about the finished product. Brad is very nice but if you want quality work please go somewhere else.
