There was an initial communication issue, but when Eddie called, he was very polite and respectful. Seems like a nice guy. We ended up going a different way, but don’t have anything bad to say.

This place has integrity and care for a job well done. When the first install didn't look right, they took ownership and redid it. They wanted us to be happy with the outcome - and we are! Thank you Eddie, and great job Manny - you are very good at your jobs. Would highly recommend them

First of all, they never contacted me to schedule like they were supposed to once I placed my deposit through floor and decor. I had to contact them. I scheduled through floor and decor weeks out. I bought all materials and lugged tons into my house. The minute they were scheduled to be here, the owner calls and says that the installer scheduled to be here had a death in the family and that they have to reschedule the entire install to a month later. I seriously don't think that only one installer was scheduled to do my entire house in 3 days and if so, that's crazy. I asked if there was anything they could do, like get another installer through corporate, because I am set to put my house on the market on the 30th, and I have other contractors all scheduled to come in, and he gets super rude and says he doesn't want to do the job anymore, so corporate is stuck calling a million contractors in the area trying to find someone. I think my request was reasonable. The person who called me didn't have the death in the family and is being a baby and highly unprofessional. To me, that sounds super fishy and makes me think he's a dishonest businessman. From reading other reviews, it further confirms my feeling that the story was bull; they seem to do this a lot. I think I dodged a bullet. Any company that is this unprofessional, I don't want touching anything in my house.

Had them put down a kitchen floor. 2 years later the grout is all cracked, tiles are shifting, and tiles around the cabinets are falling off. Multiple calls to address the issue have been ignored. DO NOT use them. Substandard work. They do not stand behind their workmanship. Notice other review that states they did improper work?

They did a very nice job. Were nice along with professional. I will recommend them to anyone that needs this service..
