Edge Pest Control and Mosquito Services

Edge always does a great job. They go above and beyond every time. Even if I have to call them back they’re great and having to call them to come redo a service is rare. We moved recently and they came out and did a full service on our new house and as always....awesome!!nnThey were out today for my quarterly service. I had some extra requests for him and he took care of those and sprayed the shed which I had forgotten to mention. Above and beyond as always!!

This was a total mistake. Edge sent out an army of sales guys on hoverboards to sign people up. They told us this was a one time $100 spray that they were offering In the neighborhood and they could save us money by spraying now. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. I did. Edge said sign here for permission to spray and they will get me a receipt. This is where it gets fun. We then got phone call after phone call to schedule a next visit. I told them I wanted to cancel. That I never wanted a plan. In the Meantime They showed up at our house uninvited and again sprayed my backyard when we were not home.. This made my dog very sick for the second time from all the chemicals they used without permission. Gave them hives and rashes that cost me a fortune to get under control. It didn’t kill anything that I could tell. Again after all of this Edge proceeded to still call and try to schedule more appointments. They even sent a service tech out to spray again this time I was home and I told them to leave to cancel my service. I finally called and talked to a manager and told them I’m canceling and the manager said “it’s a $485 charge to cancel early.” I told edge I was unaware of any service I signed up for. The manager said “they will waive the early termination fee but I still owe Edge the $135 for the second visit I had.”There was no one home and they sprayed my house without permission.Then proceeded to tell me in a very rude manner that sorry your dog has allergies. This company is a total scam when it comes to customers and being upfront on what they offer. If you’re in Erie Colorado do not use these people. There are a lot better pest company’s out there. Don’t settle on these people!!!

I asked them to cancel my service and terminate my agreement because I am not working due to Covid and they want to charge hundreds of dollars to terminate early! I have kids in remote learning, I’m high risk, I’ve lost my job and the list goes on and they don’t care about this pandemic is effecting people at all! All they care about is their money. I seriously can’t believe that these people are doing this to people right now. As if we don’t have enough to worry about.

Edge is a great company! Their entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I recommend them to anyone.nGood Job!

I was approached by Dillon today to set up bug service. My husband and I were beyond impressed. Dillon was nothing but professional and charismatic, he was very easy to talk to and was not forceful with selling the service unlike other salesmen! The tech was out shortly after we set up services which was a great surprise! They even found a wasps nest that we had no clue was there. Thank you for the great service!!
