This is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! Dr. Rojas and his staff are so warm and welcoming. Everything was clearly explained to me as they worked. Dr. Rojas was open and honest and did not push any unnecessary services. He listen to me and took time to understand my needs. He clearly explained everything necessary to help me out. I think this is the beginning of a long, wonderful relationship!

I have been extremely pleased that Dr. Rojas has bought this practice. There is a reason he and the staff have received so many 5 star reviews. Everyone is great to work with. They answer all questions honestly and without any rushing. Dr. Rojas explains everything and spends as much time as needed to make sure he has addressed any questions or concerns. Dr. Rojas is THE best dentist in Denver. If you’re looking for a professional, kind, and knowledgeable dentist and staff, look no further! I’ve never been to a dentist that gives you anesthetic injections that you don’t even feel. He is so thorough, takes the time to address concerns and educate, and his work is excellent. I was totally amazed and impressed with Monarch Family Dental starting with Stephanie who had a lengthy conversation with me prior to setting my first appointment. She answered all my questions and I felt like I was speaking with an old friend. On the Day of my appointment, Stephanie greeted me and remembered our conversation when I made my appointment. That's extraordinary customer service. But wait, it doesn't stop there. Then entered Shelby who was to be my hygienist. Shelby is very interested in your well being. She took the time to explain how the procedure would be done, the order of the steps steps and the reason for the different procedures; then she cleaned my teeth with speed and precision but more gently than I have ever experienced. I was surprised we were done so quickly. Then I was introduced to Dr. Jorge Rojas. I had wanted to be a patient of Dr. Rojas for over a year but my schedule prevented me from setting the appointment. I was not disappointed I had waited. Dr. Rojas unlike other dentists I've visited did not rush through his examination or try to sell me any service I neither needed or wanted. Often in the dentist office you feel like you are speaking with a car salesperson instead of a Dr. Dr. Rojas is personable and caring. He listens to you and answers all your questions until you are satisfied. He doesn't make you feel like you are wasting his time. You are an individual not an appointment. Before I left Stephanie gave me a welcome gift. Really? What dentist have you ever been to that does that? I love Monarch Family Dental and plan on many years of dental care there.
