My entire family switched to Dr. Rieker because we followed our hygienist as a dentist he was fairly decent, but as running an office they are incompetent!! You can’t get a return call to pay your bill or make an appointment! Then you get threatening letters to turn you over to collections even though they’re never open and they won’t return a phone call!! The emergency services STINK you’re left on your own to your own devices! I would not recommend this dentist office unless you have nothing, but time and money to waist!! PATHETIC!!
Beware. If you go here you might get a laundry list of services you allegedly need to do that no ethical dentist would advise. Both my husband and I have good teeth and we switched to Rieker for a better location. Both of us got a whole list of stuff we need done from replacing our cavities over multiple visits (even the ones he got last year, and multiple visits gives him more insurance money) to getting a gum graft done, to buying mouth guards for grinding (I wear a retainer every night). We thought maybe our prior dentist wasn't good but the we paid out of pocket to get a second opinion and nothing recommended needed to be done.
Awesome as always!! Been coming with my family of 5 for over 15 years. Amazing service and personnel. Thanks Dr. Rieker for taking care of my family!
Love this dental office, staff is great, Dr. Rieker the best! If you don't like going to the dentist, they will definitely change your perspective.
