Super helpful women who work here. Easy to return online order. Even without my receipt they were able to look up my purchase and return it for a full refund. I always struggled with buying perfumes online. However, Victoria secret will take any perfume return just for the fact that you don't like the scent. Just stocked up on bras that went on clearance for the last sale. You can't beat the quality of a Victoria's secret bra.

Loved that they were monitoring the number of customers entering the store. All customers and employees were wearing masks. Love this store, merchandise and customer service. They they fail to deliver!!!!

The staff is amazing, and my wife always finds very cute stuff. Nice fragrances also. We found coconut that's realy nice on her.

Victoria Secret and PINK are my favorite stores in the mall, this was my first time there since covid, but it was nice, selection seemed smaller but overall not bad

Staff is diligent about guests in the store, wearing masks. Saw the cashier wipe the debit machine after every customer. Well done. We will be back
