I would give 0 stars if available, the customer service is horrid. Purchased a 200$ item that did not work when tested in parking lot, the store supervisor Rob said there was absolutely nothing they would do about it. This place has zero regard for anything but taking your money.

Bought a stamina vitamin there. My partner and I attempted to take the two pack vitamins in the car before a fun night. The $25 vitamin I bought 6 minutes before.. crumbled and casing shattered as if the item was EXTREMELY expired. I walked right back in and showed them the faulty item and they refused to help. I guess I'm doing a charge back and moving my business.. shame for one little item. Expect cheerful service when they take your money, but but expect sleazy service when customer service is really needed. Adam and Eve or Lovers places with better service.

My first time In the store and the lady helping me was kind of rude and VERY pushy, trying to make me buy all these things I didn’t want.nShe would barely take no for an answer! The place wasn’t bad, but the lady working makes me not want to come back! Idk if they get admission on how many sales they make, but I don't think I will be back! And the product I got, the girl didn’t even tell me about it my friend did and she just agreed to what she said

States policy is no children, makes sense. Until they refuse entrance to a couple looking to shop with their 3 month old infant! Leaving an infant at home is clearly not an option. Will never go back to a store who discriminates against parents. Fiance and I can and will be using other stores from now on. Lover's didnt kick us out when we brought our infant in there, what a better company.

It was my first time visiting this place about 3 months ago & the employees were patient with me because I am deaf so helping me with items I was looking for was an easy as a peach experience for both parties involved. Most of the lingerie they carry is a bit overpriced but if you keep looking & you may find something that is affordable & surprisingly in your size, which is a bit too difficult to find in my specific size that is XS or 32AA...(equals to 30A; but not all are the same because of styles & name brands). I kinda miss being a 34B when I was pregnant last year though, lol, cause I got to wear a couple bras by Victoria's Secret for a temporary time.
