I regularly come here for my lunch as it is close and fast. They always work with great speed and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied. Melanie was amazing tonight and personally handled then first issue I have ever had here, both quickly and professionally. Thank you Melanie!

This place is really busy so you have to be careful what time you go the service depends on how busy they are

Food (sausage)was not cooked. Asked for cream and sugar for coffee, wasn't in bag. Only half a portion of potatoes. Not worth what I paid. And definitely didn't look like pictures!

I used to work for this Franchise , back in Michigan so I am a little one-sided in my critique for this Hamburger spot . Being that I like the Wendy's product line and think that she is doing a bang up job keeping her fathers dream alive and well . There are only a few Wendy's spots that I veer away from and this is not one of them by-far . Great staff and prompt service , at least every time that I have visited . Dine in or Take out .

As a former employee this store is absolutely horrible. Everyday you walk in to a new mess, no one cares to make sure anyone has enough product to sell, and everyone just wants to play with the drama. Half the staff is stoned all the time, if not drunk or on other drugs. Not to mention all the drunks and drug addicts that lock themselves in a stall. People are rude and expect you to treat them like royalty, and God forbid you have any medical problems. They will make you suffer through your shift, hobbling around on one leg. I was left crying in the office, unable to walk and told I still had to finish the 6 hours left in my shift. Not to mention all the 60+ hours a week I had to work because they can't keep people employed there. The tile on the kitchen floor is coming up, the mop sink doesn't drain sometimes so the crew dumps the dirty water down the prep sink, if not the dish sink. If something isn't broken in that store something will break. And it'll take 6 months to fix it just like it took 3 months to fix a fryer that was catching on fire.
