Mika Sushi II is now very high on my list of favorite sushi places! Everything we ordered was delicious, and it was very easy to order online and pickup takeout. A staff member called before we got to the restaurant to verify my order (I had mistakenly checked the wrong box for a food item) and our food was ready and correct when we got there. Highly recommend!
The food was OK but the service was atrocious. Maybe they were having a bad day. I might go back there sometime just to see if they can do better. But there are a lot of good sushi places in the area.
We have been remotely ordering from Mika for months now due to COVID and it has been our saving grace. We love Mika!! Thank you for being consistent and the best ever! We love and appreciate your product, service, and love in your food!!!
I order from Mika Sushi II once a week. I’ve tried about half the menu so far and I haven’t been disappointed once. Most authentic sushi and teriyaki options in the metro area are here. Everything is delicious!
Ordered $100 worth of sushi. No denying that the food was high quality but the customer service was atrocious. We ordered a lot of food and specified we had a member in our party with a food allergy so we needed separation or rolls. They said no problem! We picked up our order and it was all put together. We called to explain the issue and they turned into absolutely outrageous individuals. Instead of any attempt at rectifying the situation they said they we have insurance and your friend can die. A serious screw you. We weren't looking for free rolls and weren't being rude on the phone. It's disturbing how rude they were. Good Lord! There's lots of sushi around, please go buy from a better group of individuals! Never encountered a company that couldn't admit any responsibility and replied to a good paying customer with such hostility.
