Store location at 9213 is the only Subway that i have been to that DOESN'T participate in the buy 2 get 1 sale. Why would 1 store not do the sale that EVERY other store is doing? Also the store has hours just written on the window with markers. Looks like a kid runs this place def will not be giving any money here. Recommend everyone go to the other subway only 1 mile away
All the employees are always friendly and courteous. They're doing a great job with keeping customers safe with the pandemic.
This has been one of the best customer service experiences i have ever experienced. First off, was told by another employee of the promos currently running. Which ended up me having more food for a lower price. Thanks! The wonderful woman making my sandwich was so patient and on the ball when asking if there was anything else i needed. Great job on the up sell. Walked out with extras i didn’t plan on getting. Thanks ladies for the experience.
The dude was super nice tonight and super careful about our tomato allergy which was great because frequently employees are not. (He should get better at multi tasking because we were not in a rush so it didn't bother us, but he would stop doing anything if he started talking).
Normally the veggies are fresh and look good, this time the spinach was wilted, the lettuce was browning, the tuna salad had not been mixed and the cucumbers had frozen and gotten soft in the container....sad day, I love SUBWAY!!!!
