It is really easy to write bad reviews. After seeing the previous 3 reviews, I almost called Lowe's ask for a different plumber. However, I let it ride and was very happy.nnWe were having a new kitchen faucet installed. They arrived right on time, apologizing for only giving 10 minutes notice instead of 30. The install was smooth and quick. Plumber was polite and efficient.
If we could give them zero stars, we would. This company was supposed to install two new hot water heaters for us. They arrived to install and discovered our duct work was not to code. They said they would work with the county to determine what needed to be done. We have paid in full for the hot water heaters (in their possession) and the installation. Two weeks later and they won’t return our phone calls. Take your business elsewhere.
Contracted through Lowe’s. Waited the requiredn48 hours with no call. Lowe’s contacted them twice and they were rude to the Lowe’s Rep .Their online reviews were poor, so I had Lowe’snUse another Plumber
