Arrived within 25 mins. Polite mask, booties and gloves the whole time. I was very comfortable out Gabriel in my home. Advance notice with a photo and was very clean and efficient. He really knows his stuff and did a quality job. I highly recommend. The owner Jason took my call and really knows his business. 5 Star service from start to finish.

I had a massive plumbing issue in my basement that needed some serious repairs. Gabe and Alec were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the leak and repair of the drain pipe and floor drain. Their expertise reassured me and made me feel good about the work being done. Although it was a huge job and took place over about 2 weeks of time, Big Apple did excellent work and completed the job as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues, and I will definitely use them again in the future if I have any more problems!

Responsive (practically 24 hr), professional i.e. easy to work with, and thorough. Everything I look for from a contractor. Gabriel did a great job w/ the kitchen sink plumbing and garbage disposal and was knowledgeable and professional. This is one of many jobs I have relied on Big Apple for. Thanks Jason and team!

They were prompt for initial assessment and for the repair. The team was professional and I was impressed with how flexible they were with scheduling as we had to coordinate with the city to turn off water to repair the main valve. Work was completed professionally and they minimized damaged to the dry wall which made it much easier to fix. I haven't done this type of repair before so not sure on price/value but seems reasonable. One more thing to add...I really appreciate how they have gone digital with notifications and reminders. I knew exactly when they were coming and gently reminded me of the appt with appropriate intervals that did not feel like spam and helped me remember.

All I got to say is that Disraeli Macias over at Big Apple Plumbing and Heating is a top professional plumber, he came through for me when I most needed a plumber which was 9pm on a friday night (of course). I was able to have a peace of mind and sleep better after Disraeli left my home knowing the issue got fixed. I recommend them to ANYBODY. I wish I can give them a higher star rating.
