Always good service from the staff, excellent at filling prescriptions exactly as needed for multiple people in the household and supplying extra syringes and such as needed.nnThere only drawbacks are sometimes the phone takes a long time to get picked up, but that’s usually just understaffing issues. Friendly, professional staff who go out of their way to help their customers. They give great flu shots and immunizations, and it's always service with a smile. My favorite pharmacy - ever.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Like almost all the reviews are for my complaints as well. I literally was on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. I stood there , the only one there and none of the staff acknowledged me for 3 minutes. (I wanted to see how long it would take them). There were 4 staff members just glancing at me . Terrible customer service all around and annoyed that I'm even there in the 1st place! And, they are triple the price of King Soopers. Transferring my prescriptions ASAP.

I'd give negative stars if I could. The service here is terrible. Staff won't even acknowledge that you're at the counter, and when they eventually do, their attitude is that you're bothering them and they want their interaction with you to be over as fast as possible. It's even worse if you try to call-they don't answer the phone. I just spent 20 minutes on hold hearing the automated message that they're helping other customers. No way are they helping other customers for that amount of time.

Really only use the pharmacy here. For awhile they always seemed understaffed but they always did the best they could plus they are always always super nice and helpful
