Catrina is WONDERFUL!! She drew my blood, and she was so gentle, I didn’t feel a thing! I usually can’t even look in the direction of the needle, but she made me feel so comfortable, that I looked back at her and forgot she still had it in my arm! INCREDIBLE!!!

RX sent in and in system. Everytime even after ordering there is an issue. Whether not having the meds anywhere close to not getting authorizations done even though it's the 17th, 18th or by more in a row. Like talking to a brick wall. No one has ownership and nobody in pharmacy cares.nTons of waiting for no real improvements. I love my kids Doctors but could live forever without this pharmacy service.

I just want to say thank you to kaiser for abandoning their patients in the middle of a pandemic. Closing offices everywhere has effected SO many people. This is insane, you should refund all your patients in cities that lost their medical care. I Just paid tripple for medication at walgreens because my stupid insurance is only good at closed kaiser. Wow. Thanks again.

Everyone I talk to is nice but their system and lack of communication is horrible. Every month for the last three months they've told me my med is on back order and they are able to fill partials for me so I've been dealing with trying to get my full prescription every two weeks and I have to jump through all these hoops. I'm so sick of it. I got told this morning they were completely out of it and to call my doctor to give me a different med. So I call rhuematology at Rock Creek and the lady tells me westminster has the wrong information and we aren't on a region wide shortage of my med. So she says she'll contact them and they should contact me within the next day but I am OUT OF MY MED. so I call westminster just to be sure that they can fill it by tomorrow (even though now I have to miss doses) and they said they are on back order and will try to courier it to their pharmacy. I am so tired of going through this every time I get my prescription filled. I am at a loss and don't know what to do. I need this medication so my knee doesn't swell to the size of a grapefruit everyday and affect my job. Please find some communication within your company. If it's on back order, fine figure it out. People rely on these things to live! I'm just super frustrated because this is like my 6th time going through this just to get the med my doctor prescribed.nnUPDATE: I've called five times today, been through over an hour of holding and elevator music combined. No one can figure out what to do or what to tell me. Worst communication. Period.
