I'm extremely disappointed with the pharmacy team here. We just moved to this area from Arvada and it's amazing how differently they treat people here. The short dark hair chick and the Asian guy are very unpleasant to work with. Multiple times now, he'll keep asking me the same question over and over again as if I'm there trying to get something that doesn't belong to me. I'm not going to get into detail about what happen... Now, the pharmacy team at king soopers off 58th and Kipling is absolutely amazing! I will continue having my scripts sent there, even though it's a 20 min drive. They will ALWAYS go out of their way and spend extra time with you to make sure you get the best deal there is! And they don't make you feel uncomfortable at all. Probably the MOST friendly staff there is!

Recently moved to the Denver area transferred my prescription to King Soopers. Tried to redeem my welcome to the neighborhood coupon that offered $75 in free groceries with qualifying perscription. I was told I was not eligible because I have Medicaid. Is it legal to discriminate against people on medicaid?

Reselling 101 (12/24/2018)

Recieved a call stating that my prescription had been filled a couple days ago. I show up right now at 9 am, for them to tell me that wasn't the case. The girl that is heavier set, and acts weird, had a completely terrible attitude and wanted to be a smart a** with me the entire time. Why would a pharmacist call me and tell me that they would have it filled and ready just to get here and have absolutely terrible customer service. I will be going to corporate over this.
