Before and through the pandemic, the employees at this location are always so nice. The food is always delicious and is prepared fresh and fast. Just wanted to give you all some well deserved recognition. ud83dude0a Thanks for being so great!
Everytime I try to order over the phone it's a hassle.nIf I speak with the location then they put me on hold for over ten minutes and I end up getting to the location before they take my oder. If I use their service which is specifically for pick up orders then I wait for almost as long just to speak to someone.nIf you are going to have a service to take orders then for God's sake at least higher ample people since your forcing the customer to deal with random 1800 service
So I've never had a bad experience at noodles but today I felt like they went above and beyond. I made a mistake at this particular noodles and company and employees were very gracious and kind to my error. Will visit again.
