With my Community being very new to the Housing Choice voucher program, my team often times run into a lot of questions. I have worked with both Anndi and Virginia at Maiker Housing Partners. The customer service that we have received from both ladies is amazing. They always respond to emails within a timely manner and go over and beyond to making sure we all understand the process from beginning to end. We thank you for providing 5 star service for The Berkeley!!

We applied for utility payment assistance and got an email on Oct 23rd that we were approved and that they would be sending the payment directly to Xcel energy on Oct 27th and to allow 15 days for the payment to post to our account.nThey didn't clarify if it was 15 days total or 15 business days but it has been 16 days total and still nothing. We are on the brink of having our electricity shut off. They got our hopes up for nothing and I can't understand how or why it takes over 2 weeks for a payment to post. Xcel gave us an extension until the 10th and we can pay some of the bill, but not all of it and that's why we applied for the help. I have kids doing remote learning and I am stressing out about this. If you can't help, just say that instead of telling struggling families that you're paying a bill for them and then not following through with it.nI am very disappointed.nUPDATE: a few hours after I posted this review, the payment finally cleared our Xcel account, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

They're very loud noises of people stomping on the floor above you,too many people here are disabled and on medication and may not realize what they're doing accosting other residents and their family and friends that come over to, as well front range doesn't patrol as well as they should I only see him here once at night. The police get called out here all the time for something or another. Somehow vagrants are getting into a secure building vandalizing as well and stealing cars and breaking into the parking lot below the building, however the community garden is very fun. People throwing trash in the parking lot in the parking garage all the time when clearly there are garbage cans all throughout the building and outside as well.the other 75% of the people in the building are very very nice people and very helpful and very the management is very kind and the maintenance man do their job very well!!!

Attn landlords........ think twice before accepting section 8 with this incompetent organization. Payments don’t show up and staff rarely returns phone calls or e-mails . I’m amazed HUD has not shut them down.
