The mowing crews seem to be a no show in the open space between Quail Valley subdivision and the charter school on Washington. Hope they aren't sitting on their butts drawing a paycheck, like many Democrats in Washington.

It appears that the parks and open spaces are being turned into weed lots. Yet homeowners are expected to keep their properties looking well kept.
