I've been going here for the past three years or so. The staff do a phenomenal job.nnOn occasion, while standing in line, I've heard the staff take abuse from grumpy customers - always unwarranted. I'm positive they don't get paid enough for that abuse.nnAnyway, again, I've always had great service and interactions with the staff behind the counter.
I dropped of a Priority Package on Wednesday September 30th, dropped it off inside in their Priority Mail Drop box and they barely shipped it today Oct 3rd! It took them 3 business days to ship my Priority package. It should have been delivered by now! I paid for Priority mail not snail mail now my customer is upset. Drop off packages and it takes them over 4 business days to scan it in. Getting complaints from my clients as they don't believe that i dropped them off. I understand mail has slowed but simply scanning that they have been received would be really helpful. I'm about to lose repeat clients becasue of this. I would bring them to the front desk but as i have many , they always get annoyed and frustrated with me. So I'm putting them in the inside 1st class box and it's now making me frustrated and lose repore. Can this be fixed???
My packages always get lost and never scanned amd sent. Definitely not the best for mail drop offs. Always have to wait in line for a receipt.
Folded my college diploma!nI've ordered registration tags 3 times since April, and this post office has failed to deliver them to my house.nDeliver my mail to wrong house multiple times per month.nFailed to RESPECT my request and MY PROPERTY by continuing to walk through my lawn to the point where you can see their walking path like a hiking trail in my lawn
