I want to say how very impressed with the Commerce City branch I am. We have a fleet account, we work with this office regularly and they are hands-down the best office in Colorado! I want to give a shout out to Ribbon and Kim! These women are phenomenal, they really care about their customers. I sent these women on a wild goose chase for paperwork that turned out I hadn't submitted. They were patient, extremely polite and thorough while trying to track the paperwork down. I can't believe how sweet Ribbon was when I gave her the news. She should have been upset, but she wasn't she was sincerely happy that the paperwork was found.
I had to get handicapped plates and the agent was so Kind and caring and helpful. I was treated humanely and not rushed like I did not matter. Two thumbs up!
Checked on the website to make sure I had all the paperwork I needed to register my car. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ON THAT SITE!
I had a great experience! It was a crazy day. Computers were down and people were waiting for their appointments in drives, but the staff handled it well and kept us informed and stayed very pleasant through it all!
If it's by appointment only, then why is it that you can't schedule an appointment online like it states on the website? I have tried calling 720-523-6010 many times and I either get hung up on soon after hearing the automated menu or have to be on hold for hours and have to hang up because I can't sit around and wait all day. If scheduling online is the only way to get an appointment, please fix the website. It's down or something.
