Colonial Supplemental Insurance

We submitted a claim for a surgery claim, we have contacted Jason Jines multiple times to help us resolve this because the claim was denied which it shouldn't of been because it was a claim for SURGERY he has been ignoring our calls and emails for weeks , before we bought these policies him and another guy were in here multiple times a week calling multiple times a week for us to sign up and now that we actually need something were not seeing that same kind of effort, this has been very frustrating
