Great group of people. They really take care of you there and treat you like family.

Never met my agent. Never spoke with him. I would highly recommend a different company to insure with. The claim process is horrible. You want a insurance you can depend on. Instead its been a constant battle. They say it can take 7 to 10 days to process your claim. Thats a lie. They take how ever long they want. They go on vacation while your home grows mold since we been waiting for a water damage check that theyve had to resend 3 times. Because our agent didn't do his job. Very disappointed in the way they handle thier customer service.
