Hard to understand the insurance agent. But in happy with my coverage!

Very poor customer service from Angela and Yesi or whatever their name was. Working as a CSR I go above and beyond to fulfill customers/clients needs, this company needs to hire and pay hard working people who can actually meet sales expectations, also, knowing that next door there’s another insurance company with exceptional customer service, it’s a shame for the owner of this place for hiring employees who force people to choose the competition over them ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

Horrible took an hour to do a quote they charged my debit card for the down payment after signing all my paperwork the come back say I have to pay another 200 or they can't do you it now I have to wait 3days to get my money back they charged me.. worst yet
