Teresa Quintana: Allstate Insurance

This is the worst insurance agency I've ever been!

Sending spam mail to my house. Called to get a quote and was told they would call me back. I never heard back from them. Called them to see who I just gave my personal information to. Asked them to cancel and drop my quote. They probably won't and will probably use it to continue to spam. What a joke. Don't go here.

We called and cancelled our insurance over 3 months ago. They had such bad customer service. I called told Mike we canceled and he told me I had too provide proof of insrance. I told I am doing a courtesy by calling. They sent our account to collections for $69.00 that we don't owe. They are being investigated. I wont do bisiness with them ever again. Horrible people that work for Allstate.
