Andrew and his team are top notch. The in-home estimate was a breeze and i really appreciated the consultative approach. Picking out materials/colors was also very low pressure and truly consultative. I had new hard wood and carpet installed and the installation crews were quick, friendly and did an amazing job. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire process and I'll certainly work with them again.
Thank you Julie Reed and John very much for helping me with my order and installation. I am renovating a home for my client and came into the store to pick out the right carpet and place the order at the very last minute to meet my client's timeline. The installation was scheduled for December 8th, somehow Julie was able to make magic happened and the install was completed on November 21st. We just carpeted our Master Bedroom and was provided great advise, easy to get the install done and amazing service. The carpet is amazing and soft and durable. Very happy.
