Sinclair

I hate giving lower than 3star reviews.. But I just wanted to give others a heads up on my overall experience. Dont get me wrong, the staff has always been friendly and chill. Its the fact that they have 6 pumps that are out of order or does not work due to weird errors that they are well aware of. Theres only 2 out of 8 thats actually functional. 1 only takes cash and the other only takes card... They are frequently low on stock in gas or things inside. I appreciate the staffs honesty and their work, but I'd really appreciate it if they could get the place back together. I'd hate to see this place go out of business bc its a convenient location, and I love Sinclair (dating back to Toy Story).

There employees are pretty cool other than the night shift they like to close 40 minutes early

This is a real review from a real person who has experienced the good people who work at this Sinclair. I leave this gas station feeling better about my day everytime. Show some empathy and respect for the humans that works here. 2.3 stars average on google illustrates a lack of appreciation from the general public. I feel compelled to vouch positively for this gas station solely based on the stupendous employees who work for this Sinclair. Keep up the good work and always know that there are select group of people who greatly appreciate you all. 5 ⭐ all they way.

I was on an outing with my Day program and the bus we were supposed to get in was out of service. So we had no choice but to call Uber for our ride home. We stopped at this Sinclair to call the uber and the guy and girl that worked there came outside and told us that we were not allowed to stand there. They were extremely rude. When I tried to explain what happened he responded with “I don’t care”.. we where there maybe a total of 10 minutes.. the funny thing is we use the transfer station all the time the is next to the gas station. I have many times brought the group in to purchase something to drink and snacks.. this will be the last time I do such a thing. We are out in the community everyday and my job is to make sure my group is safe.. that’s what I did and will do again.. sorry it was an inconvenience to your employees..
