I had to rent a uhaul here and reserved online and was told that I could use cash worth an additional deposit. Once I got there the worker had no idea how to pump up my reservation and told me that I couldn't use cash because he didn't know how to process it. I waited 1.5 hours for him to figure out the system so I could rent the uhaul, and actually had to look at the screen to tell him what menus to go into for the rental. This was the first and last time I will visit the store for anything.
