Despite some difficulties in scheduling and communication (due to some systems switch overs) I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with this dental facility. The staff and doctor team have always been of the highest caliber. They are kind, informative and always willing to talk you through what they are doing as well as to answer any questions.nnI would like to give a special call out to Sanita, my dental assistant on my last visit. She was beyond kind and friendly, making getting three fillings done probably the most pleasant dental work visit I have ever had. She took the time to go the extra mile to walk me through everything she was doing. Her attention to detail and desire to get everything perfect made me feel very cared for. This is not to say that every other person who has worked on me in the past here were not also fantastic (because they have been), but I really wanted the doctors and office manager to know just how quality Sanita is... to stand out even further in an already excellent staff.nnMy dentist was also excellent, taking the time to listen to my questions and respond in a kind and professional manner that set me at ease. He had a good sense of humor about my concerns and I appreciated that very much.nnMy husband and I have consistently been very happy with this dentist and I have and will continue recommending them to others.

I was recently seen again at HighPointe and everyone is so sweet. The ladies up front are awesome as well as the assistants and hygienist! The Dr that did my exam was wonderful he even took pictures to show me what treatment I needed! So glad this is my dental office!

Buyer beware: My teeth were fine 6 months ago, yet Highpointe decided I needed 4 fillings, a crown, and wisdom teeth looked at. I sought a second opinion and there's no major issues to get fixed. I realize I don't have the greatest teeth genetics, and would be happy to take care of issues if there were any, but 2 other dental opinions confirmed this is not the case for me.

That was thee best cleaning I've ever had. Allison was amazing. Front desk staff friendly. Dentist was polite and informative. Definitely recommend.
