Easy to see why this dealership has won so many awards. Dealerships often get a bad rep and deserve it as they often charge through the roof especially in Service. Mike Shaw's personnel are truly different in a good way. They treat you with good customer service, almost a lost art. The service department is quick, knowledgeable and pleasant. You won't dread shopping here or getting your car serviced here. Really

This was my first experience buying a used car from a dealership. Let me tell, my time with them was very pleasing. Jamie was wonderful and easy to work with. She gave me all of her attention, made it a very happy experience and accommodated to all of my needs. For instance, when I got home I noticed a few things that were missing in the vehicle. Immediately I called the dealership and Jamie was able to fix the problem with no issues. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this team. Highly recommend checking them out if you are driving through the area like I was! Plus, they have VERY good coffee :)

Most excellent customer service!! I haven't always had the best experiences when looking at cars. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Mike Shaw. I was greeted by Eric Grimm who didn't only listen to what I was looking for, but was knowledgeable and made me feel like the only thing that mattered was finding me the perfect fit. He was patient, never pushy and listened to exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend visiting Eric at Mike Shaw Subaru to anyone looking for the best customer service! Thank You!

Thank you so much to the team here they were so amazing and a special thanks to Mathias! We were driving cross country from NYC to CA and our car lit up with every warning light. We pulled into the service area at 4pm and we were immediately greeted with such warmth and empathy for our situation. Mathias knew what to do and guided us through fixing our car so we could make it to CA safe and sound. He was able to get us in right away and put the door before dark. Blown away by the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness! This is the only Subaru place to go in my opinion.

My experience was excellent. Your advisor, Wally, had me informed every step of the way. He is thorough, communicates well, and took care of absolutely everything for me. He and and his team did a great job. I can feel the difference in the way my STI drives.I would like to specifically come back to this location whenever I need service done. Subaru in general does a great job, but my experience here has solidified my trust and loyalty to the brand. The service was beyond what I expected and I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family. I truly am grateful. Thank you!
