Deposit is never available at the ATMs in the drive thru. Also one of the slowest branches I've been to.
I went to make an international wire transfer...literally a 5 minute process from my previous experiences, BUT NOT at this location! It took this incompetent employee 40 minutes and guess what? STILL COULD NOT DO IT!!! I even said i will do it myself just give me access on our online banking and she still couldn't even get that done!! If you have a bunch of time in your hand and want to waste it by sitting on a chair at a Wells Fargo then this is the best location for you!!
WORST BRANCH OF WELLS FARGO!nI wish i could give it a Zero rating. Staff is ok but their waiting time always is almost an hour. Take your money somewhere else people. And also you'd be in and out faster. I go to 3 different banks a week, 1st bank the best, tcf second best even during these covid times. Wells fargo service is like another disease that they can't seem to find a cure for.
Could be better. Drive through was normal but was surprised when banker didnt say bye like most places for customer service.
Appt required to send a wire, or do anything besides withdraw money. Absolute joke of a bank
