Terrible customer service. the phone service is terrible but even when you go into a branch. its a bunch of kids who say i don't know call this number. get a bank with 24/7 customer service trust me!!! I won't make this mistake twice... having your account frauded and having to get through during business hours only... yea that ducked
They have a fee for every thing. I’m surprised they don’t charge you to ask questions. Only got this bank because I was desperate. 10/10 would not recommend.
Took 45 min to deposit a check. Very sad and disappointing
This is honestly the worst bank to be with . I was with them for over 8 years and loved when Michelle was manager . She was always very nice and friendly took good care of all customers . Some new manager RICO got hired and ever since he’s been there he’s always rude and just unpleasant to be around . So much I decided to end my relationship with academy and move to a different bank that values its customers more .
The worst customer service ever they just leave you standing in line for over 30 minutes don't even say a word
