The driver through employee wasn't friendly at all
The food was okay , took awhile even though I was only one there, and I think its due to there seemed to be a lot of younger people working , that were more concerned with cussing, talking to their friends , and their phone , that the customer , so that kind of sucked . I was glad order was correct though
The service is great, the food is always hot,and the staff is very friendly, drive up window line moves quickly as well.
I ordered from doordash august 27, 2020 waited 45 minutes for them to even accept my order and then when I finally received it 1.5 hours after I initially placed the order I didn’t get anything I ordered. Literally the whole thing was wrong...so now on September 1, 2020 I am currently 20 minutes into the ‘will the jack in the box employees accept my order before the estimated delivery time’ wait. I will be back to update, fingers crossed it’s good news
Tonight I give Jack in the Box two stars any other time I would give them 5 stars....7/21/2020 they had 3 staff members working we choose to go inside and order the drive through was busy. We had to wait to order and then they did not fill our orders until EVERY CAR had received their order they also told us they were out of the mini tacos yet while we were waiting they filled several orders of them for the drive through.Not a Thanks for coming no note that we were leaving. Service sucked for the first time sense we have been ordering from them. Very disappointing.
