The worst fast food experience I ever had. I'm waiting in line for 5 minutes before someone attempted to help me. One of the employees told me to wait after already waiting. Then another finally came to the register. He didnt pay attention and skipped me twice so I left. Then as I'm walking out a employee made a meal and decided it would be a good idea to sit down and eat when I still haven't even been able to take my order. This location needs some serious training and new employees asap. Absolutely pathetic.
We order four different meal and we asked if they can be in different bags. AFS be cool around to the front I'm here waiting for our fries. When they came out our food was in different bag with the correct sauces. Only thing that was messed up was you are missing one set of the criss-cross fries. But overall we all enjoyed our meal.
The food was fresh, the employee was kind. Good food. Love the keto/low carb wraps.
This carls Jr charge for extra onion and the worst customer service ever. Asked refund my corporate card and couldn't refund all of it had to give some in cash. Another to explain to corporate for their mishaps. Seems like they trying to hide the paper trail. Thornton carls jr is amazing though.
Food has been fine, people are friendly but DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU. Every time they ask me to pull around front and wait for my food. Same with the car before and after me. This time they brought me THREE incorrect orders before bringing the right one. Each time they walked away, then came back, took the bag back and handed it off to another customer. They had no idea if I'd touched the food they gave me, then just gave it to someone else!
