I ordered take out for my roommate. It was ready in 10 minutes He went to pick it up. No line at the drive through. The staff were very friendly. Got it home, food was still hot. He said he _would_ eat there again, but the chicken itself was mediocre. The rest of the meal, mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw, he said, was good.
Chicken looked and tasted like it had been out for a bit and was fried again to give the illusion of freshness but ordering was breeze, very friendly service.
Went last night again. Didnt have 1 of 3 meals. Had to go back after calling. Got there was told we dont have crispy wings 20 minute wait. Can you take original. Then told by employee to don have no attitude with me or you will get nothing. I will never return. They have management issues obviously
Their chicken was small didn't taste that good biscuits were really tiny just not a good value would never go back there again
I wish I could give no starts, but unfortunately I have to select at least one. My chicken tenders were dry! Missing multiple items. Employees with headphones in their ears and didn’t hear me honk at the drive thru window. I definitely don’t recommend like ever! It’s always something with this location. Very unfortunate being it’s the only one in commerce city. Worse experience ever. Couldn’t even enjoy my meal I PAID for. Very DISAPPOINTING. I know the employees or managers would never appreciate the service I was provided with if they went out to grab a bite. Do better.
