I had an amazing experience and the food was great. All the workers are very polite. There was a misunderstanding with my order but a young lady I believe her name was Eneida helped me out.
Always have missing items when we order for the store. Chris the manager swears he packed the order and nothing was missing. Don’t spend your money here not worth it at all.
This Wingstop has the worst customer service compared to other Wingstops I’ve visited.nChris the manager does not own up to the mistakes of his employees.nThe restaurant got my order wrong over the phone, when I arrived to pick up, the cashier was dismissive about the complaint I was filling. When I called to speak to Chris, he said that it was my fault the order was wrong. I hope the owner steps in to fire this manager, that restaurant is not being managed properly, it can hurt business.
They had a slump for a while but definitely back to the great food we're used to
I will never eat this Wingstop again. I ordered my food online, I picked up my food & when I got home my 30 wings were all over cooked & my fries were all burnt. When I picked up my food none of the workers were wearing gloves or masks which is disgusting & not complying with sanitation standards. I called to complain because my food was not even edible & the General Manager Karla said she would only replace have of my order. I was so disgusted that they weren’t wearing gloves & wanted a refund. Do not waste your time or money here.
