Swan Plumbing are great to work with! They were super-responsive when I needed an emergency hot water heater replacement. Everyone I met and spoke with were empathetic, responsive and reassuring which made a big difference when dealing with the stress of hot water leaking into a finished basement. I had a new heater in place within five hours of my first call.nnSwan are committed to customer satisfaction. I have a small utility closet and in the initial rush to replace the old tank we went with one that was too big. I let them know later that day and was pleasantly surprised when Chris @ Swan arrived to the follow-up appointment with a smaller unit to ensure a clean fit. I wasn’t expecting that as an initial outcome. I’m much happier knowing I have a bit of wiggle room left in that area than if we had tried somehow to squeeze in the larger tank. Ricardo was wonderful! He took great care when installing my new furnace and AC unit and replacing the venting pipes. His workmanship is impeccable and he was a total professional, arriving on time and being courteous and considerate of my home and my time. He patiently explained all the work he had done, pointing out important safety features for me and answering all my questions.
Technician installed a new on demand water heater since our tank water heater broke. Chris Hoffman was a great technician, who dealt with a cement wall problem and solved the issue quickly. He was direct very informative and patient with explaining things to me. I myself am not a hands on person and get lost with translation sometimes.nThe service from first contact setting up our appointment was excellent. We have three things that needed to get worked on. Our water heater, sewer drain and electrical, which electrical will be done in 1 a few days. I expect that to be done on time even if there is a snag with in the working area. The other items have been done even though there were problems with our house and drain. We have an older home with a boiler/radiator heating system. The person who helped us in the past is no longer around and I was understandably torn about what company to rely on going forward. The very next day after i chose Swan, highly skilled and really nice technicians arrived early in multiple vehicles to install a new a/c and heating system in my home. All the techs were nice, professional and skillful, and the work was done flawlessly in one day. The main technician, TJ, was really nice; did a great job and patiently taught me how everything works. Swan, on their own and at no extra cost, gave me a higher SEER a/c unit than their proposal and upgraded the two stage furnace motor in their proposal to a superior variable speed one. Great company. I'm signing up for their club membership.
