We recently moved into our new condo, and the valves connecting our washer were leaking. Plunge Plus quickly fixed the issue and the service level was great. We now have stopped up shower drains, and are having them come back out to do more work. Very easy to schedule service, and they are readily available.
Mathew and Anthony did a great job at fixing a small leak I had in the plumbing, highly recommend.
Great service and communication. Called before appointment to confirm and showed up on time. Very friendly and explained what needed to be fixed. Was able to fix the leak right away. Would use again and highly recommend.
These guys rock that's for sure. Our sewer pipe has been leaking for the past 2 months and finally got glogged up Thursday night 4-4-19. Friday morning we started calling every plumbing business in our area. After calling 10+ places only 4 were able to handle the job and only 2 companies were able to come out right away for estimates. The rest wanted to schedule for next week Monday -Wednesday. plunge plus made it out right away and Matthew was great and the only one who actually crawled in the whole crawl space and didn't complain at all. The digging crew did the same as well. Very professional. Out of all the places who gave us estimates plunge plus was by far the lowest and fairest price of them all. Everyone else quoted $5,000 upwards of $7,500 and they did it for $3,500. Not only were they the best price they were able to move stuff around and was out here on Saturday at 9am digging up our pipe and replaced it within a couple hours and had our systems up and running again. Matthew has been great and very informational and upfront about everything. Will for sure use these guys again in the future if we need to ( hopefully not ) but if so these guys and gals are number 1.
I call this place for a sink backing up with water. My HOA Referred me to this company last year. they came out took it a part and tried 3 different snakes and all 3 got stuck and thought the pip was broken. Never really fixed the issue. They charged me $119.50 for something they never fixed. Note to self always call your HOA first do not call this company for anything. I wasn't prepared for any kind of payment upfront. no one said anything about this payment or pricing. I thought they would just bill my HOA first and not me and was expecting this payment upfront right away. And when I told them over the phone the next day I can't pay this tell 3 days later. The lady on the phone started getting upset with me and went on saying how do you expect this company to be ran. The next morning the plumber texted me and asked if I paid them or not without asking me if he can text me or not. ud83dude2e
