It seems like every time we have to pick up a prescription from this pharmacy we are inconveniencing the staff.... It is very disappointing to be met with such a lack of customer service when this hasn’t happened at other King Soopers locations. Every time we present a good rx coupon they are rude to us and say that it doesn’t work. We have switched to a different pharmacy and they actually take the coupons that this location claims don’t work. The hours are also inaccurate currently as they actually open at 9am.nnIt is really unfortunate that we don’t feel comfortable and that they are really lacking in their customer service at this neighborhood location, to the extent that we have to go to a King Soopers out of our way. People are just trying to get their medicine for their family members and there is no need to be rude or make the experience more difficult, in my opinion.

I normally shop at this King Soopers but yesterday they completely impressed me. We had a huge blizzard on the horizon as well as thanksgiving in 3 days. There was NO parking in the parking lot, I had to park on the street (that’s how busy they were!). However the entire staff I interacted with worked incredible hard to get everyone through the store. Everyone re-stocking, helping people to find the right size turkey. When I checked out Joey was the speediest cashier I have ever interacted with. I only had to wait about 15 minutes in line and they had all registers going! There were reports about other king soopers that had lines to the back of the store yesterday, and I am incredible grateful for all the hard work the staff at this store did so that was not my experience. Thank you!

Staff was friendly, hours are odd different that what I expected pharmacy hours normally would be so check out our before going over, closed earlier than expected and later on days I wouldn't expect big demand for that time.

These guys are great, very fast, and personable. Especially Ralph, is a very helpful and intelligent member of this team, I typically try to come and catch him to help me out.
