Most of the pharmacy staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy their job. I was overpaying for a prescription for years at the Walgreens and an employee here notified me of a savings through a discount app that was significantly less expensive than my insurance. Most go above and beyond.

Great customer service. Friendly and speedy. I don’t have insurance and they let me know about good Rx to get a discount on my prescriptions.

We have never been treated with such a rude attitude as we were today. The pharmacist (Melinda or Melissa or something like that) was more interested in just getting through people than actually listening to what customers were saying. We tried explaining that we had been told to come back today because a call would have been made today and prescription would be ready in the morning. When we came by at 5 she said we would have to come back in the next day. Yes, that would be 2 times in a row we were told - Sorry we didn't do our job come back tomorrow. If the manager reads this, they should really get a handle on their employees attitudes or just close it down. Not worth putting up with this pharmacy.

I've had a great experience with them. I actually switched to this pharmacy because the commerce city location has been insanely rude to me countless times. I drive twice the distance to come to this King Soopers over the Commerce City location any day of the week. I've waited longer than I was told maybe twice the entire time I've filled here & that's understandable because I know how working in customer service can be sometimes. It's nothing like the 2-3hr wait time at the other location a few miles away.
