Eddie Olivas - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have property (owned / rental) and vehicles in two states. Upon the addition of a new policy, the multi-line discount and SFPP were needing to be reinstated / connect with the Illinois policies. Jose Gonzalez contacted the other agent and corporate office to ensure all was setup to get us the most reasonable rates and preferred payment plan. I recommend contacting Eddie Olivas - State Farm to get the best deals and excellent customer service.

The owner is a very good agent, but he has a few agents that dont fully explain what's covered and what's not covered, this whole time I've been a customer know one ever told me my windshield wasn't covered! Not acceptable.

My fiance and I decided to put me on his insurance policy with Eddie in order to get a lower overall cost, which was great...until my license was suspended in February of 2018 (because I did not have an SR22 on my policy for 3 consecutive years from an accident in 2016) and rather than calling to tell me that they were going to drop me from the policy, I was automatically canceled and was paying for insurance for 10 months without knowing that I was driving on a suspended license and neither myself nor my car was insured. We only found out after we notified the office of an address change. Because my license was already suspended, they refused to provide the SR22 so that I could get reinstated.

I had an excellent experience at this agency. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I used to be on my moms policy and I really didn’t know anything about insurance, but when I decided get my own insurance they walked me through the whole process. If I have any questions or concerns, they are always willing to help.

This friendly staff took care of all my insurance needs while I lived in Denver. They helped me set up the auto, rental, life, and mutual insurance plans that best suited my needs. While renting in Denver, my apartment complex had a fire in it and no one was allowed to go back inside due to asbestos. I called the Olivas agency as soon as I knew that my apartment had fire damage. They helped get my claim started and did it in a very timely manner. I was able to receive the help I needed because of the Olivas agency insisting that I have renters insurance and the help of their staff when I needed them. I also had an auto accident that was not my fault and they also filed my claim for that incident and State Farm took care of me. I am pleased with the coverage State Farm supplies when you have an accident. They really take care of their customers. I have lived in 2 other cities since living in Denver and I always use the Olivas agency as my standard for my agent in each city I lived in.
