For some reason there was a huge issue with Lincare receiving my prescription from my doctor. It literally took me nearly 2 months of going back and forth between the 2 of them. Finally, Lincare did receive my doctors prescription and Julie set a next day appointment with me to get me all set up with my new PAP machine. Julie even gave me a heads up on all the construction going on around the Lincare building. She advised me with the construction detours over the phone so as to not get turned around and waste time getting to my appointment.nThe next day, I met with Julie Clark, and she got me all lined out with my new positive air flow machine; with very comfortable nose pillows. Since this was my 1st time ever needing to use a machine to sleep, Julie patiently explained everything to me and made sure that I understood before I left with my new equipment for my sleep apnea.nI just wish there wasn't such a issue with Lincare receiving my initial prescription from my doctor's office. Otherwise, I would've gave 5 stars.

Find another company if you have a choice. They tell you one thing and do another. Obviously they dont care if the customer has the neccessary oxygen on time. Then they give you attitude when you ask how long for a delivery.nNext day update... first day showed up 4 hours late and didn't bring everything. Said they would be here by 9am in the morning before we had to leave for a follow up dr. appointment. Didnt show. Called after 8 pm said they were on the way....
