If you're looking for reliable service, this may not be the right place. Made an appointment for the morning to ensure I was available and didn't schedule any work meeting to accommodate this repair. They called at 2pm asking if they could send over a technician. Um NO, I wasted my whole morning waiting and scheduled meetings for the afternoon and could not move things around. The lady who called was unapologetic and offered no explanation. We have lives and other obligations as well! Made an appt with another company that is hopefully more reliable.
Very good costumer service! They spent the time with us to find a washer and dryer to fit our specific needs. He spent nearly 45 minutes after closing time, to answer all our questions and allow us to get the washer and dryer the same day. They offer an excellent 90 day warranty, where they would come out, and fix it themselves. The representative gave us some of his equipment, so we can set up our washer and dryer same day. Excellent experience, highly recommend.
