This rating is based on our post-experience with the company. I was ready to recommend the company but I will absolutely not recommend them now. While the stairs they built are beautiful and the majority of the floor put in/finished looked great, Del didn’t come back to touch up two previously identified spots on the floor (the day they were supposed to come there was a bad snow storm -understandable - so they were going to come back. They did show to pick up the final payment but then were non-responsive). He ghosted my husband about a date to touch up the two spots on the floor and another project previously discussed and then proceeded to hang up on me when I was seeking clarification on why he wouldn’t return calls/finish touch up. Unfortunately, the work Del and his team did gets out shadowed by the poor customer service.
Unfortunately rating their inability to keep an appointment time versus the quality of their work. Scheduled 6:30pm appointment on a Wednesday and got a call at 6pm that night they couldn’t make it. Rescheduled for the following Monday at 6:30pm which was fine, but got a call at 6pm that night they couldn’t make it and wanted to reschedule.
