The staff do a great job of making sure I am not unnecessarily uncomfortable. They communicate about what to expect. In my experience, they run on time. I have never had a problem or complication with any cleanings or fillings, in several years of care here.

My first visit was for an exam and a cleaning by my daughter-in-law, Amy. She did a fantastic job, and I enjoyed meeting Dr. Leong, who will be removing and replacing a filling in about a month. I appreciated the care of the entire staff, from the time I walked in until I left after my visit. This office puts health and safety of patients and staff at the forefront. Thank you!

I have to be honest here. I have not been a person who took care of my health, physically, mentally and this includes my teeth and mouth. I wasn't taught as a kid how to do any of it, so into my adult life, I continued not to do so. plus add to all that my embarrassment and shame I felt, my anxiety disorder and lack of income, how could I even approach such a scary task of going to see a dentist? So as you can imagine, when I hit 40 my teeth were painful and unhealthy. I found Inner City after much research and for over a year now, I have been going consistently ( except during 1st wave of covid-19) once a month for cleaning ( once every 3 months) cavity fillings, and yes, a couple of teeth being pulled.nMy mouth was a mess. But today, I went in for another cleaning and the dental hygienist said my teeth and gums are looking better and better!nNearly all the staff are women, except maybe a male Doctor or dental assistant that volunteers their time. Because of this, they all just seem like they have a softer touch, both in my mouth in my heart. I've never felt judged or looked down on. Not because of my lack of income, or my lack of taking care of myself. They all have taught me how to take care of my teeth and gums better, and I have cried from gratitude and for their kindness, education, and treatment.nAlso I have to say Dr Leung is the best and greatest dentist I have ever seen, but the other Dr I have seen might be equally as good and kind, but if I could Dr Leung would be the only dentist to drill in my mouth if I had a choice!nnThank you Inner City for being there for all of us!
