Truly top-flight dental care, from every member of their staff. Extremely competent and thorough. They do a great job of explaining everything in a way that makes sense, and they definitely want you, the patient, to have an informed opinion about your own care and your options. Kind, compassionate, friendly. I’m not sure what they could do better.

We love Gina!!! Such an easy experience for our 10 year old daughter to go in for appointments. She tells me how safe it is and clean!!! Thank you so much for your ongoing support through all of the craziness right now. Highly recommend!!!

I am so upset with my overall experience!!nnStarts with the call sounds friendly until I tell them my address and tone seems to change. I tell them I would like to make the new patient appointment that online states that it is $49, she told me out of pocket I will be looking at $331!!!nnFast forward to showing up, I am filling out paperwork and I ask about the pricing. They go on to tell me the break down and I tell them that I saw a special for $49 online for new patients. One of the staff members then looks confused and goes to the front. Comes back, smiles and tells me she didn’t know about the special that’s been on their website for 7 days... okay. She proceeds to lead me to the back and put me in the rundown section, cords sticking out, monitor not even functioning and huge gaps and cracks into the seat. Looked worse than comfort dental. She takes my blood pressure and another woman comes in telling me that I HAD CONFUSION ABOUT THE PRICE! She then goes and says that it’s for new patient emergency appointments.... IT DOES NOT STATE THAT ANYWHERE ON THAT AD! They then told me that they will not honor that price for me but they will talk to the people about wording....nnI was annoyed immediately and decided to leave all together. I have seen on multiple occasions people get what they came for even if it costs the business. It’s was an error on the company so they should honor their error. But I guess for a woman of color living in the “urban” area won’t get the same treatment. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life about not belonging until now.
