I did not get services from them. Maybe they are good in their field but the front end staff had an appalling customer service demeanor. I was referred there and in trying to get an appointment. I was reminded that I should have sought services ahead of time to prevent my current state. The office manager states you should have called the day before so I could have put you in to see us today. I felt chastised for not seeking help sooner and was told and reminded over and over again in a passive aggressive manner that I should continued to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol to manage my pain. I felt over talked and felt like I needed to defend myself for allowing the pain to get so bad. Who wants to hear that while experiencing pain. I believe her name was Tessa. Numerous conversations later with me getting upset, I was eventually told nothing could be done and was provided an option to be seen immediately but told they were going to close in 30 minutes but my commute was going to take longer. All in all I appreciate their assistance in trying to help me with my pain but did not appreciate their sarcastic, condescending, belittling and chastising demeanor and decided to stay in pain rather than pursue services from them. Customer service is important to keep your business running and if you don't have it you will lose mine and other's in the future. I will seek services somewhere else and hope the next person coming does not feel the way they made me feel. To Tessa or the Office Manager, passive aggressive demeanor was not appreciated in this situation and you lost my business because of it. Apologizing for how you were perceived by me then attempting to validate your atrocious behavior in the same sentence comes of disingenuous. Do not over talk your customer. Listen so they feel heard. Do not attempt to justify your bad behavior. You may need to go to a customer service seminar for further training to be successful in your position because you failed miserably here.
This was the best experience! Dr. Read had me laughing the whole appointment which helped me to relax and not be nervous. His staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't want to change anything about my this office and its staff!nThank you so much! Highly recommended!!!
Recently had my second root canal with Dr. MacDonald. Luckily, I fit my first one in back in late Feb before COVID took over. They were great then and they were great when I saw them last week. They made sure to take safety precautions with me being pregnant. Dr. MacDonald explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Her assistant, Laura, was hilarious and very sweet. They make a great team, those two. Hopefully, this is my last needing an endodontist but if EVER I do, I will return to Elevated.
When it comes to my list of fears, you can put dental work towards the top. I was referred to Dr. Read and went right away so that I could get this behind me. I was a ball of nerves and in the worst pain. Celina greeted me and did my x-rays. I than went to the room where my procedure would take place and met Dr. Read. Dr. Read caught on very quickly at just how scared I was to be there. At that point, he really treated me like a human being. He didn’t rush me and he made sure I was more at ease before he started on my root canal. He promised me that today would be different, and he meant it.nCelina was there also and she was amazing. She rubbed my shoulder through the entire procedure. They were lovely, and just what I needed. Dr. Read came through on his promise. My experience was nothing at all to be afraid of and my pain was gone. I’m so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Read and his team, specifically Celina.
Great experience all around! Everything from scheduling to the procedure itself was seamless. Got an estimate of cost emailed right after scheduling so I knew what to expect. Grace assisted Dr. Read and was SO empathetic and knowledgeable. Dr. Read is obviously very skilled but he also makes you feel at ease during the root canal procedure. He talks through the steps and and it was PAINLESS. Even my recovery has been painless. Highly recommend this office.
