Ok, a place that I’m not even gonna bother going. I don’t wanna get sick and I would like my order right the first time. The reviewers sound like they are 110% accurate about running from here. I did try to call them before and no one answered as I just had a question. Not bothering coming here :). 120th or any other location, 100% agree.

This location has improved dramatically since opening. The manager was more than willing to assist us when we accidentally submitted a mobile order to the wrong location.nShe was awesome and friendly food was great.nOverall great experience.

This place is awesome! The employees work hard and you can tell their goal is to make sure there customers get the best product and service possible! We witnessed an event that took place with an unreasonable customer (not the employees fault at all) and they all handled it very professionally! Everyone has their battles but they definitely did not deserve to be talked to the way they were!nKeep up the great work!!!

We ordered our food online for a 7:15 pickup, we got there and saw that there was a line wrapped around the building and decided to go in. We did not get our food until 8 o'clock. While inside waiting for our food the line outside only moved one car, they had people honking and not 1 person from inside checked on them to apologise for the wait they just ignored them. Our food was cold and they messed up our order, This was not the 1st time they have messed up

Preordered and picked up within 15minutes.. only to find my rice, chicken, and beans all cold. My tortilla shell was warmer than any part of my dish. Very disappointed because there is no consistency here. Stay away.. I will not be back for a while
